Warranty
Durham Cycles provides one year of free gear and brake adjustments on all Yuba bikes.
Yuba extends a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects to the original owner of any Yuba-branded product. This warranty does not extend to any component or part that is not directly manufactured by Yuba Bicycles, LLC and is non-transferable.
Non-Yuba-branded components, including non-Yuba-branded forks, brake rotors, electronic systems, and other components, are covered by the stated warranty, if any, of their manufacturer, and are not covered under Yuba’s limited warranty.
Returns and Cancellations
Bicycles purchased from existing stock have a 1 week return period. Special order bikes may require restocking fees. No returns on front-loader cargo bikes.
